Richard Zito

Richard was born with a passion for fitness. After graduating from the University of Guelph with a degree in Kinesiology, Richard went on to get his CPTN certification. His favourite part of working with people is getting them excited about their goals and showing them what they're capable of.

Carolyn Ledbetter

Carolyn is a jack of all trades. There is no sport or activity she hasn't tried and tested. A big believer in do as I do, Carolyn will be sweating right beside you as you work on creating your best self.

Jason is a CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist) with a decade of experience helping clients find the perfect diet that works with their goals. After spending years trying to find time in his schedule for his two biggest passions, cooking and fitness, Jason discovered the perfect merger: fitness nutrition. Whether you're looking to lose weight, lift more weight, or just create healthier eating habits, Jason can help you craft the perfect menu to get you through your week.
